Industrial property registry

Trademarks, patents and designs granted a certificate by the IP Office and published on DIP by their owners.

Legal notice

Industrial property rights are granted by the National Office of Intellectual Property. DIP does NOT grant and does NOT establish such rights — this page only records the certificate copy supplied by the owner and checked by an DIP reviewer. The legally binding document is the protection certificate issued by the state authority.

Three separate registries, one per source of right: copyright is protected automatically, industrial property is granted by the state, and cultural asset identification is not a right at all. Go to the works registry · Go to cultural asset lookup
