AI data exploitation

How this platform treats the use of works as training data for artificial intelligence, and how to obtain a licence if you are a data collector.

No work on this platform is available for AI exploitation unless its owner has actively opted in and named the permitted purposes. Registering a work here does NOT imply permission to exploit it.

Exploitation purposes

Owners choose each purpose separately rather than all-or-nothing. The three purposes differ in how deeply they touch the work.

The platform's rights declaration is machine-readable and follows the W3C TDM Reservation Protocol. Read the declaration before collecting.

The domain-level declaration always asserts reservation, because permission here is per work and never blanket. To check a specific work, read that work's declaration.

Obtain an exploitation licence

An exploitation licence is bound to your API key and states the permitted purposes, term and record quota. Every retrieval is logged for reconciliation and revenue sharing with owners.
